Periodic Access Review
A Periodic Access Review is a process whereby all user access within Oracle E-Business Suite is reviewed on a periodic basis. Most organizations typically conduct some sort of review at least once per year.
The user access review process is often done with inadequate understanding of the risks involved in approving inappropriate access and there is little to no accountability.
More often than not it is a cumbersome, inefficient and time consuming process that it is considered a major administrative overhead.
